It is a shame to see such an empty flight because it means they're losing money on it. I too, am a huge fan of SWA and we had the opportunity to meet with them last week in Dallas. They have the most impressive company culture I have ever seen and they truly stood out from all the other airlines. Did you know the SW concept was developed on a BAR NAPKIN over drinks?
