China Exchanges raised over 55 billion in 2010, number 1 in the world.

This puts the US deficit of 1.4 trillion in perspective, or as I call it crowd sourcing.

After seeing the aftermath of what Sarbanes Oxley created, this would be a great middle ground to allow companies to mature into the ridiculous levels and expense of compliance.

Not sure where this bill stands in Congress. There are also (seemingly) 10 different versions of it. I like some versions, I don’t like others.

Hope the Senate also does the right thing on the crowdfunding bills being debated. They’re apparently butchering the House version, but getting closer to something that might get passed.
